Open-faced Meatball Sandwiches

These are soooo good!  Rich marinara with turkey meatballs, smothered in gooey cheese... To. Die. For. Good.  And easy.  Like, my 5 year old could make them, easy! (If I let her use the oven... which I don't....)
Ingredients:
Turkey Meatballs- 3 per person (I use the frozen ones from Trader Joe's)
1 Jar of your favorite marinara sauce
3 Cheese Italian blend (I used mozzarella, parm  & fontina)
Ciabatta rolls (1/2 of a roll per person, or 1 roll if you are really hungry)
Garlic Powder
Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Set oven to broil.  Add a jar of marinara sauce to a sauce pan over medium heat. Add frozen meatballs, stir and cover for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat. Cut rolls in half and place on baking sheet.  Spoon sauce and meatballs over the rolls. Sprinkle liberally with cheese, a pinch of Italian Seasoning and garlic powder. Place in oven for a couple minutes. You'll want to keep a close eye on it so the cheese doesn't burn. Remove and serve right away. Enjoy!
